The Chapter
Director's Message
With the
beginning of a new century, we all realize that a lot of changes have taken
place in all areas of our lives. With GWTA, the philosophy is and will
remain the same, "Destination Friendship." This friendship is
demonstrated in chapter rides and chapter gatherings when weather does not
permit riding.
Some may ask, just what are the responsibilities
of the Chapter Director. According to the T.A. Way guidelines, the
chapter director coordinates the activities of the chapter that are of interest
to members. The chapter director is to ensure that the concepts and
philosophies of GWTA are implemented at the chapter level. The chapter
director must always involve chapter membership as member input and participation
gives a chapter definition.
As Chapter "H" is one of the
social arms of GWTA, let us all strive to meet one basic criteria - Have fun!!!!
As the Year 2001 begins, our pledge to each member of this chapter is
that we will have fun and more rides. Working together everyone in this
chapter can make this the best year yet.
Remember the theme for 2001 - "HAVE FUN!!!!!"
